Standard 3.5KW high-speed water-cooled spindle, maximum speed 24000RM, can quickly process different plates, can clamp a variety of different tools to cope with different processing tasks, optional air-cooled spindle, power can be customized.

High-precision helical rack and gear, fast transmission speed, high positioning accuracy, low operating noise, and no maintenance required.

The aluminum alloy T-slot work platform is paved with PVC on the surface to keep the workbench flat and can be freely fixed according to the size of the workpiece. It is easy to use and can be equipped with a vacuum adsorption workbench or a pneumatic pressure roller.

The fully automatic electric timed lubrication oil pot automatically lubricates the transmission parts of the machine to prevent manual lubrication from being insufficient.

Using Taiwan Hiwin 25MM linear square guide rails and 25MM linear bearings, it has fast running speed, higher precision, low running noise, and can work continuously for 24 hours.

High-precision TBI ball screws and Taiwan Hiwin linear square guides provide smooth movement, ensuring machining accuracy and speed, and more precise positioning.

The fourth axis rotary axis is standardly equipped, with a standard processing diameter of 200MM and a length of 2000MM, which can be used to process various stair columns, Roman columns, table and chair legs, statues and other products to expand the machine function.

Equipped with a four-jaw chuck, it can be used to process long workpieces with both ends facing each other, or it can be clamped at one end with the chuck, which is flexible and convenient to use.
