The drill bit or internal hole cutter can be replaced according to the processed product. The drill bit is used for drilling
holes, and the internal hole cutter can be used for turning large diameter internal holes, making the processing more flexible.

The multi-cylinder linkage automatic feeding device can be freely adjusted according to the length of the processed product and is
easy to use.

The loading tray is adjustable and can hold up to 800mm wooden sticks. Multiple wooden sticks can be placed at one time. The material can be loaded automatically and the whole material can be fed in at one time. The material can be processed and cut automatically. Both round and square materials can be processed automatically.

Automatic tensioning structure, after the wood feeding position is in place, the pneumatic device automatically fixes the material without manual operation.

LR-1000TC multi-function CNC system, English operation interface, friendly interface display, simple operation, novices can easily get started, support various CAD/CAM type software, use G code to run, support DXF/NC/TXT/DBP and other formats.

With external four-axis pulse handwheel, XYZA axis can be freely adjusted, tool calibration and axial movement are more convenient.

The central automatic lubrication and oil injection maintenance system regularly performs comprehensive lubrication and maintenance on the transmission parts of the machine to avoid untimely manual lubrication.

The fully automatic pneumatic spring chuck clamps the material and does not deform during high-frequency use. The tail uses a cylinder push ring bearing to drive the chuck to tighten and loosen. The internal three-layer metal pull tube structure can work 24 hours a day, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.

Optional automatic sanding wheels, high-speed air-cooled spindles, automatic tool changers and other devices can be installed to expand the machine's functions and meet various tasks such as sanding, drilling, grooving, and engraving.
