The laser head equipped with red light positioning and auto-focus can automatically adjust the focal length to ensure that the laser head and the processed material are at the best focal length. There is no need to manually adjust the focal length, which is easy to use.

Use sealed CO2 glass laser tube, optional Yongli, Reci, EFR carbon dioxide laser tube, with fine spots and strong penetration,service life up to more than 10,000 hours.

Ruida RDC6442 CO2 laser dedicated control system, supports multiple languages, can expand the fourth rotation axis, can transfer files online and can be used offline, compatible with various vector and bitmap files including jpg, bmp, dxf, plt, ai.

Aluminum alloy blade-type worktable and honeycomb worktable are optional, which can dissipate heat quickly, reduce the contact area with the workpiece, and are more convenient to use.

The x-axis is equipped with a sheet metal protective cover, and the y-axis uses a telescopic protective cover to fully surround the xy-axis transmission and prevent dust from entering the transmission system during processing, thus extending the service life of the machine.

The S&A water circulation cooling system ensures stable cooling performance and effectively extends the service life of the laser tube, ensuring that the laser tube is always at the optimal operating temperature and can achieve 24-hour continuous operation.

The automatic lifting table uses a motor to control the automatic lifting of the tabletop. It is compatible with various materials of different thicknesses and is used in conjunction with the autofocus function for simple adjustment.

The II-VI focusing lens imported from the United States uses a double-sided coating process, with a light transmittance of 99.8%,high temperature resistance, strong anti-laser performance, and longer service life.

With humanized feet and pulleys, you can move the machine to any position through the rollers and fix it through the feet to facilitate the movement of the machine.

The new closed appearance redesigned by the lingrui cnc design team uses a hydraulic rod flip-up protective door, which is equipped with an acrylic observation window. When the protective door is closed during processing, you can observe the processing progress at any time through the observation window.
