The ER20 tool holder can hold the tool handle within 1/2 of the tool. It has multiple functions such as cutting, engraving,

The pneumatic top-centering device can fix eight products at a time through switch control.When used with the automatic centering bracket, only the materials need to be placed manually, which can effectively save time and improve efficiency.
Eight fourth rotating axes can process eight products at a time. Driven by worm reducer linkage, the angle control can be accurate to 0.01°, with high running accuracy, improving product quality.
The fully automatic electric timed lubricating oil pot automatically lubricates the transmission parts of the machine to prevent manual lubrication from being inadequate and extend the service life of the machine.
Eight products can be processed at the same time, with a processing length of 1000mm*diameter 200mm (customizable). The processing products can be flexibly switched according to the product drawings, which is convenient to use.
Using Taiwan Hiwin 25MM linear square guide rails, 25MM linear bearings, Taiwan TBI high-precision ball screws, fast running speed, higher precision, low running noise, can work continuously for 24 hours.
Optional chuck-type rotating axis, each rotating axis can independently control the tightness, can be selected according to processing requirements.
High-precision ground helical rack/gear, Z-axis uses high-power brake servo motor, high positioning accuracy, the machine can run at high speed, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.02 mm.
