Equipped with two high-capacity alloy turning tools, the two cutters can be fed simultaneously or used for separate roughing and finishing operations. Each tool is controlled by an independent drive motor, achieving an accuracy of ±0.05mm.

The adjustable silo can be freely adjusted according to the length and diameter of the wood. Multiple pieces of wood can be placed at one time. The material is automatically fed during processing without manual intervention. It is equipped with a limit sensor.The machine automatically pauses after all the wood is processed, which is safe to use.

The external four-axis pulse handwheel can adjust the XYZA axis freely, making tool calibration more convenient.

LR-1000TC multi-function CNC system, English operation interface, friendly interface display, simple operation, novices can easily get started, support various CAD/CAM type software, use G code to run, support DXF/NC/TXT/DBP and other formats.

The Morse No. 5 taper center thimble features a built-in triple-bearing design for more stable wood clamping, smooth rotation, and easy removal and replacement.

The headstock uses a four-jaw chuck to effectively clamp the wood and prevent the material from slipping during turning, which would affect the machining effect.

The central automatic lubrication and oiling maintenance system regularly lubricates all transmission parts of the machine,preventing untimely manual lubrication.

Optional sanding wheels or belts can be installed to automatically sand finished workpieces, saving subsequent sanding time and improving product quality and work efficiency.

The pneumatic automatic feeding device features a four-link structure for high stability and strong load-bearing capacity. It can be adjusted to suit the size of the raw material and is easy to use, eliminating the need for manual loading. This saves labor and improves efficiency.

Equipped with an automatic unloading cylinder, it automatically rises after workpiece processing is complete. The workpiece slides down the cylinder, preventing damage from falling and providing ease of use.
