Equipped with a 9KW automatic tool-changing air-cooled spindle with a speed of 24000r/m, and also equipped with a four-axis 5.5KW saw blade spindle with a speed of 18000r/m, the saw blade can rotate on four axes, enabling cross-cutting and vertical cutting of multi-layer boards, improving cutting efficiency.

The linear automatic tool changer features a 12-tool magazine with ISO30 tool holders and ER32 tool clips. It can hold 12 different tools at a time and automatically cuts according to machining requirements, eliminating the need for manual tool changes and saving time, thus improving machining efficiency.

The CCD vision positioning system and electric high-frequency vibrating knife, with a vibration frequency of up to 20,000 vpm/min,are perfectly suited to the cutting needs of flexible materials such as leather, EVA, foam, and cardboard.

The dual independently controlled pneumatic pressure rollers, which use pneumatic control for lifting and lowering, work in conjunction with the vacuum adsorption worktable to effectively prevent workpiece displacement during processing, making them more convenient to use.

Equipped with a 7.5KW water ring vacuum pump, this 6-zone, 24-hole design can adsorb workpieces of various sizes and can adsorb multiple sheets at once, ensuring the sheets are fixed during processing and preventing displacement. It is easy to use.

The workbench is equipped with 7 rows of auxiliary feeding pulleys at the rear. Simply push the board forward along the pulleys to feed it, making feeding easier and allowing a single person to complete the feeding work.

Each vacuum adsorption zone is equipped with an independent valve switch, allowing for selective opening of the corresponding zone based on the workpiece size, providing flexibility in use.

The central automatic lubrication and maintenance system regularly performs comprehensive lubrication maintenance on the machine's transmission parts, avoiding situations where manual lubrication is insufficient.
