It has two workstations, four turning tools, two tools for roughing, and two tools for finishing. It can process two identical workpieces at a time, doubling the processing efficiency and saving processing time.

Optional independently controlled sanding wheel, diameter 230mm*50mm width, driven by independent high torque motor, can be selected to grind while processing, or grind separately after processing, which can be freely selected according to processing requirements.

It uses two Morse No. 5 taper center pins, built-in three bearings, high-speed rotation and stable operation to ensure the turning effect of the material.

The spindle box uses a four-jaw chuck, which can effectively clamp the wood and prevent the raw material from sliding during turning, affecting the processing effect.

LR-1000TC multi-function CNC system, English operation interface, friendly interface display, simple operation, novices can easily get started, support various CAD/CAM type software, use G code to run, support DXF/NC/TXT/DBP and other formats.
