3.5KW high-torque water-cooled automatic tool changer spindle, 24000r/min speed, NBT 30 tool holder, ER25 tool clip, adjustable speed, water circulation cooling, high cooling efficiency, can work continuously for 24 hours.
The flip-top linear automatic tool changer can hold five different tools at a time. During machining, it automatically changes tools according to machining requirements, saving tool change time and improving workpiece machining efficiency.
The detachable cradle-type five-axis rotary axis is bolted to the T-slot worktable. The cradle-type rotary axis uses an integral structure to precisely integrate two rotary axes, ensuring minimal torsional and bending deformation and achieving high-precision machining.
Using infrared optical signal transmission, it is used to detect the workpiece position and has functions such as automatic centering and workpiece measurement. It accurately matches the positioning and measurement requirements of precision metal processing and is suitable for processing various precision parts, effectively ensuring processing accuracy.
Equipped with the Weihong NK300CX control system, it supports five-axis operation, multiple language interface displays, and is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, making it easy to operate.
The five-axis pulse handwheel allows for precise control of the spindle or tool movement to the target position. When used in conjunction with a control system, it can achieve advanced functions such as handwheel simulation and is easy to use.
The contact-type automatic tool setter, in conjunction with the control system, can automatically calibrate tools of different lengths, eliminating the need for manual tool calibration, making it convenient to use and saving tool calibration time.
Equipped with a constant-temperature water chiller, it can keep the coolant temperature at a fixed value with temperature control accuracy to ±1℃, effectively reducing the spindle operating temperature and enabling continuous operation 24 hours a day.
The V-Honda bus multi-axis servo drive system, using the EtherCAT industrial bus protocol, offers higher real-time performance and high response bandwidth, effectively ensuring contour accuracy in complex surface machining. Its compact, integrated multi-axis design simplifies wiring, debugging, and maintenance.
The X-axis is equipped with an accordion-style protective cover, the Y-axis with a steel plate telescopic protective cover, and the Z-axis with a sheet metal protective cover. These features effectively prevent debris, dust, cutting fluid, and other contaminants from entering the guide rails and lead screws, ensuring long-term machine accuracy, extending machine lifespan, and reducing failure rates.
