Using a 9KW air-cooled automatic tool-changing spindle, the machine only needs to be simply set up during processing to automatically switch the tools required for each process of processing the workpiece. No manual tool change is required, and all processes can be completed in one processing, meeting the diverse product processing needs.

Linear automatic tool change magazine, using ISO30 tool holder, ER32 tool holder can hold any tool holder within 20MM, can install 12 different types of tools at one time, automatically change tools according to different processes during processing.

The five-axis saw blade cutting device is driven by a 5.5kw motor and can rotate 360 degrees horizontally and tilt 45 degrees. It can cut a variety of different materials and can cut multiple layers at a time to improve work efficiency.

Independent double-rod pneumatic pressure wheel, cylinder-controlled automatic lifting, can fix multiple layers of materials at a time, easy to use and improve work efficiency.

The vacuum adsorption workbench is equipped with a 7.5KW high-power vacuum pump and comes with a negative pressure gauge. It can observe the negative pressure of the machine and control the vacuum pump to open and close. After placing the plate, it can be turned on with one button without manual fixation.

The tail of the machine is equipped with four rows of loading pulleys. The plates are loaded along the pulleys, which makes loading more labor-saving and convenient to use.

High-precision helical rack/gear, fast running speed, higher processing efficiency, more precise positioning, equipped with rack protection cover to extend service life.

Each vacuum adsorption workbench partition can be independently controlled on and off. Whether processing large or small-sized plates, it can be firmly fixed on the workbench for easier use.

1500W high-torque servo motor, less noise, more stable operation, the Y-axis uses dual-drive operation, the whole machine uses four sets of servo motors, the XY axis is equipped with a Japanese Shinpo planetary reducer, the operating speed can reach 100000MM/M, improving the operating efficiency.

Taiwan LNC numerical control system, equipped with industrial-grade display, can read G code drawings through USB and run, compatible with various formats such as NC/TAP/TXT, with intuitive operation interface and more convenient control.
