Dual-station processing doubles efficiency, allowing simultaneous processing of two workpieces (100mm diameter x 800mm length),improving efficiency and reducing costs.

It uses two Morse No. 5 taper center pins, built-in three bearings, high-speed rotation and stable operation to ensure the turning effect of the material.

The spindle box uses a four-jaw chuck, which can effectively clamp the wood and prevent the raw material from sliding during turning, affecting the processing effect.

LR-1000TC multi-function CNC system, English operation interface, friendly interface display, simple operation, novices can easily get started, support various CAD/CAM type software, use G code to run, support DXF/NC/TXT/DBP and other formats.

The central automatic lubrication and oil injection maintenance system regularly performs all-round lubrication and maintenance on the transmission parts of the machine to avoid untimely manual lubrication.

The external four-axis pulse handwheel can adjust the XYZA axis freely, making tool calibration more convenient.

Independent anti-interference control cabinet with built-in 4 kW high-speed, high-torque inverter, adjustable speed from 0-6000 rpm, machine operation relay, AC contactor, effectively isolates interference, and provides operation documentation.

Strengthen the cable protection drag chain to protect the cables from damage and extend the service life of the machine.
